The project in detail
The problem. A garage takes 150 calls a day with one person to answer them. Every missed call is a customer dialling the competitor instead. Automated switchboards exist, but they replace the human being, and no shop owner wants that.
The stance. Replace nothing. The owner keeps their number and their habits; a simple conditional forward sends Subline only the calls that were about to ring out into the void. The assistant picks up, understands the request, writes the appointment straight into the shop’s calendar and notifies the owner, gives out the information asked for, the status of an order, whether a product is in stock. Up to 60 calls at once: never a busy tone again.
Quality as a constraint. A voice assistant that improvises is a liability, not a service. Every trade (garage, hairdresser, restaurant, craftsman, estate agent) gets its own base of behaviours and guardrails: never an invented price, never a diagnosis, never an availability confirmed on the fly. In doubt, it takes a message and has the customer called back.
Under the hood. Multi-tenant architecture, voice agents provisioned over API, SIP telephony and French numbers compliant with regulation, connections to the shop’s professional tools (calendar, stock, orders), usage-based billing, call analytics. Hosting and data in France, GDPR compliance by design.
