The project in detail

Référendum is an independent civic platform that makes French democratic life accessible to everyone. You follow the bills debated in Parliament, give your opinion, put forward your ideas and finally see what happens behind the scenes.

Government bills, private members’ bills, amendments: the texts debated in the National Assembly and the Senate are explained clearly, with their path and their status. Official petitions are gathered in one place, the profiles of elected representatives can be browsed, and the moderation charter is simple: behaviour is moderated, never opinions.

A section is dedicated to the 2027 presidential election: the candidates, their programmes, the polls and the news, with a comparison tool that sets the documented positions of two or three candidates side by side.

Référendum is an independent app, with no affiliation to any political party or institution. Parliamentary texts and data come from official public sources.
